Tiger And His Brasil Tshirt

Last week, there was a stretch of 3 whole days where I did not observe any epileptic seizure on Tiger. Of course we were all so happy and hopeful. Tiger had been wearing this yellow “gay rock star” tshirt throughout and I thought I should change his tshirt.

So I made the disastrous mistake of taking off his tshirt. The very second the tshirt was taken off, like a soul possessed, Tiger immediately went for his flank, started biting and threw a seizure. This was followed by another one, both for about 3 seconds each, then a slight pause, and another one again, also for about 3 seconds. The third one seemed violent to me.

I was in shock.

How could that even happen?

The cluster seizures (three in a row) really threw me off guard. It’s strange how it came about just because I took off his tshirt.

It looks like he has to wear a tshirt.

The tshirts come in sizes, and Tiger has to wear slightly bigger than a standard Size 4. A “4” is too tight while a “5” is way too loose. Not easy to find a “slightly bigger than 4” size. Luckily, Connie’s Dodo has this Brasil tshirt, which is slighter bigger than a “4”. So now, Tiger alternates between this Brasil tshirt and his Yellow Gay Rock Star one.

I haven’t quite figured out how to let him groom the areas that is covered by the tshirt. But that cluster seizure episode was really shocking so I’ll keep the tshirt on him for now.

Tomorrow, we are going for the 3rd acupuncture treatment.
