Dear Dr Chan

My name is Azmaliza Idrus. I would like to apply the subsidy for 3 stray cats named Bobo,Uteh & Mely

Uteh & Mely both are female cats. While Bobo is male.

 

They are seen loitering around parking area at Institut Penilaian Negara (INSPEN), mixing with other strays that i feed daily.

I would like to neuter and release them so that they can roam freely with other strays.

The completed application form & receipt will be posted to you by post express today.

Here, i attached the picture of Bobo, Uteh & Mely before and after neuter.
