IM ALREADY IN THE UK, LOOKING FOR A SAFE AND LOVING FOREVER HOME. Will you please ADOPT me?

Please email all questions to teresa@soidog.org

My name is Luna and Ive been through a lot during my life! I am a former rescue dog from Thailand and, thanks to people like you, I was saved from the tough streets and spent part of my life at Soi Dogs shelter in Phuket.

A lady from the UK adopted me in 2012. I made the long journey from Thailand to begin a new life in the UK. Everything was so strange and different! My owner loved me very much but sadly she is no longer able to take care of me. Thankfully, a very kind lady is looking after me right now, but I really need to find a new permanent home as soon as possible.

Im a cute 8-9 year old girl with the white fur. Everyone is surprised when they discover my eyes arent what they used to be, because I manage just fine! People say Im an absolute darling! I am happy and playful, and Im told Im a very quick learner. I already know how to behave in a car, and I really had fun at the doggie socialisation class. I dont get along with cats and I can be a bit bossy when I meet new dogs, but after a sniff and a play we usually get along. And boy, do I love walkies! So many things to see and sniff. Theres not enough hours in the day to do all the sniffing I want to!

I would do well in a home with a family who have the time and patience to help me adjust to a new environment. I stayed in kennels for a few months when my owner had to give me up. Since then Ive been in my foster home but Id love to find a family in the UK! Im already here and it would mean that I wouldnt have to go on another long and stressful journey. Or maybe somewhere close by in Europe that I can reach in a car. Will you open your heart and your home to me? Please adopt me!
