Neutering Aid For 4 Dogs In Subang (Jocelyn Ng Kam Fong�s)

We have sponsored RM560 for the neutering of these 4 dogs (3 females, 1 male). We thank Ms Ng for her kindness in claiming RM10 less per dog. These funds are contributed by Uniqso Holdings Sdn Bhd.

Dear Dr Chan, I wish to apply for neutering subsidy for 4 abandoned dogs. Details are as follows:
Name of applicant: Ng Kam Fong
Dogs applied for: 2 black females(one of these black females has a white spot on her chest as shown in pics)1 black male, 1 grey female.
About dogs: These 4 pups, approximately five months old, were abandoned in factory place in USJ 1. The black male and grey are posted for adoption in Petfinders as Cancan and Indie.Have yet to do posting for the black females.
Fee paid: Rm600

I agree to getting reduced subsidy if approved. Regards.
