I am just under a year old and have lived my life on the streets. It hasn�t been easy, trying to find a safe place to sleep at night and a kind hand to throw me some food. I�ve never known what it is to have a home of my own or a human to love me. My name is Belladonna.

I was found with shocking skin problems and severe anaemia. Infected wounds covered my face and ears, which were also severely infected and full of maggots. They said if I was at risk of blood poisoning and a slow and painful death, but thanks to people like you, I was saved.

Following weeks of treatment, I am slowly recovering. I am getting stronger by the day and my fur is starting to grow back where once there were only bald patches. None of this would have been possible without the compassionate animal lovers funding my care.
