Dear Dr. Chan,
Saya RUSNI BINTI ABD. MANAF dari Skudai, Johor ingin memohon bantuan subsidi pemandulan dari pihak Animalcare untuk 1 ekor kucing jantan yang saya beri nama ‘Aswad’. Kucing ini telah saya mandulkan. Kucing ini adalah kucing ‘stray’ yang saya jumpa di jalanraya yang sibuk. Hampir 6 bulan dibawah jagaan saya. Umurnya dalam lingkungan 6 – 7 bulan. Saya telah ke klinik haiwan di Johor Bahru untuk memandulkannya. Jumlah charge pemandulan ialah sebanyak RM70.00. Resit berserta borang animalcare akan saya hantar melalui pos express dalam masa terdekat. Disertakan bersama ini gambar kucing berkenaan sebelum dan selepas pemandulan dibuat.
