hi Dr.Kah Yein,
I am Miss Teh Kar Bin, staying at section Petaling Jaya.
I brought 2 stray female cats to the vet clinic to spay on Sun( 24th July). The fee for 2 cats are RM220. I will send the claim form together with original receipt by mail to you later, think you may receive the mail within these few days. Here I attach the cats’ photos before and after OP, thank you.
