I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING I EVER KNEW

I was found running around the middle of a dangerously busy road. Twice, I was nearly hit by passing cars. I was terrified and confused. I am a boy who is only about a year old and somehow I cheated death that day.

After somebody called Soi Dog, I was picked up and taken to the shelter. They have named me Proudsong.

The people here said it was very clear that I was not a street dog. I had once been a pet and had clearly been dumped by my owner. I was scared and confused but wouldn�t you be too? My whole world had turned upside down.

Despite the horrible thing my owner did to me, I am one of the lucky ones. Thanks to people like you, I am safe. Without your support, there would have been nowhere for me to go. I would have ended up dead at the side of that busy road. Please don�t forget the less fortunate ones � they desperately need you.
