My Name Is Lecture. Please ADOPT Me!

I WAS THE VICTIM OF CRUELTY. Will you please ADOPT me?

Please email all questions to teresa@soidog.org

My name is Lecture. Im a very friendly boy aged 2 years old. Like many dogs in Thailand I used to live on the streets. I was doing ok. Life was tough, but I managed to find enough food and water to survive. But one day that all changed.

Someone tied my front paws together with a strip of cloth. I dont know why they did it. All i know is I was in terrible pain and I couldnt walk properly. Luckily, a Soi Dog volunteer found me. A Rescue Officer picked me up and brought me to the shelter here in Phuket, Thailand. The kind vets removed the cloth from my paws. The cloth was so tight it had cut into my feet and the wounds were infected.

Thanks to people like you I received the treatment I needed and my wounds are healed. I am now ready to find my forever home.

Im finding it hard to settle into shelter life because I am so used to having my freedom. There are so many strange dogs here and everything is so different to what Im used to. But the staff here think I will learn to get along better with other dogs over time.

I really do love people though! I greet visitors with a waggy tail, and I love to have a cuddle! Im also pretty good on the lead, and I am very happy when the volunteers take me for a walk.

I long for a home with a lovely garden and an owner who can take me for lots of walks. I dont belong in a shelter. Can you please adopt me and give me a home where I never experience cruelty again? Ive heard great things about the USA and Canada, because its very quick and easy for me to travel to these places.

Please email teresa@soidog.org to find out how to adopt me.
