Dear Dr. Chan,

My name is Norizzati. I’ve been rescueing stray kittens untill now. Either homeless kitten or lost their mother.
This is Fili. Stray cat that i rescuied with his 2 sibling when they were kitten about 2 months old. Sadly 1 of his sibling died.
Now their age are already 6/7 months.
Now i have 8 cats, 4 kittens and 4 adult cat including Fili.
I have to neuter Fili to preven him from making the others adult female cat from pregnant. Here is the picture of Fili before n after neuter. I would like to apply for the animalcare neutering subsidy. Thank You.
