I was only a tiny kitten when a local lady found me in a ditch. I was sneezing and thin, and my left eye was swollen and red and full of infection.

The kind lady brought me to the Soi Dog shelter here in Phuket, Thailand. No-one knows what happened to my eye, but the vets here decided that it was best to remove it. I�m doing so much better now, and I�m recovering well, thanks to support from people like you.

The staff here have named me Arryn. The volunteers tell me I have a sweet and curious nature. They say I�m a pretty girl, despite my missing eye, because of my cute face and lovely calico fur. There are lots of other kittens here and I like to play with them. But it is so overcrowded here. There�s not much space and I have to share my bed and my toys. I really don�t mind the other cats at all, but I long for a home with my own bed or maybe an armchair to curl up on! That would be heavenly!
