HOLD YOUR OWN CORPORATE CAMPAIGN FOR ANIMALS!

On 3 June, Inspectorate (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. celebrated World Environment Day with ACRES. We were invited to the corporate office for a presentation and roadshow about wildlife trade. To our delight and surprise, the Inspectorate family held their own private campaign against the shark�s fin trade!

They created a post-tribute board for the widespread I�m FINished with FINS campaign, using recycled materials and mugshots of individual staff members in the campaign�s signature pose (with their mouths covered). They even gathered recycled shredded paper from their office to form the shape of a shark. These activities enabled the Inspectorate staff to get personally involved in raising awareness about the plight of sharks and garnering support for the campaign to end the shark�s fin trade. Through this event, Inspectorate also raised about $500 for ACRES�s work.

Sharks are disappearing from our oceans, with some species classed as critically endangered. But they play a crucial role in the marine ecosystem. Millions of sharks of various species are killed every year to supply the luxury shark�s fin trade.

Make a positive difference to save shark populations by making your meals and events fin-free. Take a further step by writing to restaurants that are still serving shark�s fins, and urge them to stop contributing to the trade that is killing off our oceans. Together, we can change the fate of sharks, and the planet.
