ANYONE HAVE HIGH LEVEL CONNECTIONS IN BOSNIA?

Although it’s unlikely, it can’t hurt to ask. Does anyone have connections with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Or, specifically the Department of Environmental Protection which falls under the above ministry? We need assistance with a delicate and time sensitive wildlife rescue operation and someone with influence at that level would be extremely helpful right now. Please reply in the comments section below and we can have a private dialogue with anyone who might be able to help.
