Hello Dr. Chan, could you kindly post this in your website under lost and found? “Puppy (male) found along Puchong Batu 14 roadside wandering just yesterday night 14Jun2016 around 7.45pm.
It can understand  simple language and I think it has owner rather than a stray dog.
