Neutering Aid For 2 Dogs In Kangar (Nujtiya Chareansouk�s)

We have sponsored RM300 for the spaying of these 2 female dogs.

Dear Dr. Chan,

I have sent 2 female dogs to the Vet for spaying on 10/Jun/2016.
Both of them were found at Taman Perlis, Kangar.
They seem to have recovered and already released back to the colony.
According to my mum, normally they will get some food from the residents / hawker in that area.

Please find attached the receipt, form and photos.
May I claim for subsidy RM 300 for these 2 dogs?
FYI, the total bill is RM 593.60 with GST (RM 560 without GST).
The doctor explained that 1 of them (white dog) was on heat and more difficult to handle so he charged RM 20 more.
