Dear Dr Chan,
Good day. I am Lee and this is my second application for the neutering aid for the kitty that I had brought her to spay last Friday. Please find the information below as per requested:
Short Write-up
The kitty I brought to spay last Friday is called MiMi. Mimi was found inside my friend’s car engine after we finished our yam cha session at mamak store in the midnight. She looks pretty thin and scared of human when we took her out from the car engine. I brought her to do the medical check up and spaying operation. Vet doctor estimated she is about 1-1.5 year old +- and she has some ear mite problem.
I had decided to adopt MiMi after her spaying surgery. Currently she is having antibiotic and vitamin medication and will bring her to do post surgery check up on this coming Saturday. For the fund aid application, if it is available, I would like to apply for RM90 instead of full amount.
