Our spaying campaign ended on 30th Sept. A total of 204 cats and dogs were given neutering vouchers.

We thank all owners who have taken the initiative to come forward to take this opportunity to help reduce the number of unwanted animals in the state of Penang.

In conjunction with World Animal Day which falls on 4th Oct., SPCA is extending our spaying campaign for another month till 31st Oct. This is strictly for cats and dogs

which are now 6 months old. Kindly fulfill the following criteria otherwise your application will be rejected.

1. All cats and dogs (applicable for mongrels only)

2. The pet animal must be vaccinated with proof of a Health Record from their veterinarian

3. The pet animal must be healthy and free from skin disease etc.

4. The pet must be licensed(applicable for dogs only)
