I am Loo Sook Yin, applying for Neutering Subsidy, I  have attached here with the complete AnimalCare Neutering Subsidy form, receipt and photographs of the stray cat (Lacha & Garfield Junior) for your immediate attention.

About Lacha & Garfield Junior

Lacha & Garfield Junior both are female stray cats roaming around and living at the alley behind my house and I feed them regularly.  I decided to send them to vet for the OHE surgery. For the time being both Lacha & Garfield Junior are being taken care by me until they are fully recovered, she will continue to live at the alley behind my house as that area is now her community.
