Dear Dr. Chan,
I would like to apply for neutering aid for stray female cats. They have been wandering at our backyard at Cheras. We managed to trap the adult cat (Mia) who is very shy and a slight aggessive and we sent her to vet the next day. The two younger cats (Gal and Betty)were much friendly and we sent them to spay in the weekend. I sincerely hope you will consider my application.
