I�VE NEVER HAD ANYONE TO LOVE ME

My name is Durva, a little girl of just 6 months old. Born on the street, to a mother who was herself born on the street, I don�t know what it is to have a loving home and humans to care for me. I have been alone all my short life.

This is why I so desperately need you. Animals like me have nobody to help us when we are sick or when we injure ourselves. We are entirely dependent on you. I was unable to walk when some kind people found me. They noticed that my right back leg and my right front leg were both swollen and that I could barely stand up. That�s when the call to Soi Dog was made and I now find myself at the shelter. Believe it or not, I am one of the lucky ones.

With both my legs fractured, I was never going to make it alone on the streets. I have been saved by the members of the Emergency Response Team � people just like you, all around the world, whose donations fund medical treatment for suffering animals like me.
