Dear Dr. Chan,

I wish to request for aid for neutering the tom cat in our neighbourhood in Cheras.  He is a neuter release case. He has one top canine tooth remaining and lost all his front teeth. We have started leaving soft food for him. This elderly cat is calm and likes to drop on the floor like in the photos, and likes to be rubbed on his tummy.

I have posted his photos in Petfinder.

The form and receipt has been posted this evening.
