My name in Charmander and I was only 6 weeks old when I found myself at the bottom of a 12 foot deep hole. A kind person notified Soi Dog and and a Rescue Officer was lowered into that deep hole to come to my aid. He scooped up my tiny body, held me tight and we were pulled to safety.

I was rushed to the shelter here in Phuket, Thailand where my wounds were treated. And they got rid of all the ticks and fleas that made my skin so itchy.

Now I am just over 1 year old and ready to leave the shelter for my forever home. I am a bit shy at first, especially when I meet people and I get spooked easily when out walking. The world is yet to prove that it is a safe place for a good boy like me. But once I know you I am a very sweet character, who likes cuddles and having his beard stroked.

I would love nothing more than to join a calm household and to be with a person who has the time and patience to show me all the good stuff that life has to offer.

So many other dogs have found homes in places like Canada, Europe and the U.S. For some reason nobody has picked me yet. Could YOU change that?
