Neutering Aid For 1 Cat In Puchong (Veronica Ong May Yoong�s)

We have fully sponsored RM90 for the spaying of Sassy. We thank Veronica for her graciousness in taking RM10 less from our sponsorship of RM100, so that this money can be channeled to other animals in need.

Good Morning Dr Chan,

FYI, we have brought a female cat which we named her, Sassy to be neutered last Saturday.

Sassy came to us sometime in October when we moved back after the completion of our house renovation, she gets along well with most of the community cats living at the front of our house.

She was released this morning after completing her medication yesterday.

Kindly reimburse to us RM90.00 for the neutering of Sassy.

Attached please find the duly signed and completed Neutering Subsidy Form with receipt and photos (Pre and Post) for your records.  This will be sent to you via Pos Ekspres.
