Seeking FLIGHT VOLUNTEER traveling from Moscow to Washington, D.C. or New York willing to bring a dog as excess baggage.

Phil was picked up off the streets of Moscow, Russia, two months ago. Someone had tried to poison him but he survived. Thanks to Homeward Trails Animal Rescue, who agreed to take Phil in, he will have a chance to be adopted.

His trip will be paid for, his paperwork prepared and someone will meet the flight volunteer at the airport in Washington, D.C. or New York to collect Phil.
