THE DIFFERENCE YOU CAN MAKE FOR ME

Rescued from the street with horrific skin problems, a badly infected wound on my paw, and a serious flea infestation, I was the picture of misery when I arrived at the Soi Dog shelter. My name is Pactin and I am only four years old.
