SEE HOW THESE SECONDARY 4 STUDENTS SPENT THEIR RECESS AND AFTER-SCHOOL HOURS ONE DAY IN MARCH!
Below are some of the photographs taken at Dunearn Secondary School last month, where Class 4 Emerald carried out their Values-in-Action (VIA) project that was dedicated to ACRES.
The ACRES Education Team was delighted to witness their enthusiasm and commitment to the project! We were touched by the strong passion ignited in the students as they were explaining to their teachers and peers about how one can make a positive difference for animals by making cruelty-free choices and being an animal-friendly tourist.
Mr Lo Tin Chee, the form teacher of Class 4 Emerald, was the mastermind behind the students project. He expressed his hope for these academically-driven students to be able to brush up on their soft skills through this VIA programme, which will carry them on a longer journey as they enter the workforce in the future.
In total, the whole class managed to raise $700.60 and contributed 333 hours of their time for the animals. Such a superb team!
