WHEN ANIMAL LOVERS UNITE

Loyd was rushed to intensive care by his owner after a brutal attack where he was stabbed in multiple parts of his body. He was weak, suffering with low blood platelets, and his kidneys were failing rapidly.

The veterinarian informed the owner that without an urgent blood transfusion, Loyd wasn’t going to make it. The call was put out and no fewer than 73 dog owners rushed their dogs to the hospital to be tested for a match.

Following a successful transfusion, Loyd’s vital signs have gradually begun to improve and he is back from the brink. He remains in the care of the vet hospital, where his owner remains steadfastly by his side. Meanwhile, the police have launched an investigation to track down the perpetrator of this vicious attack.

The compassion and power of Thai animal lovers remains strong, and together, they have saved Loyd’s life.
