WHO WILL END THE SUFFERING, IF NOT YOU?

They have named me Pearson. I am only a young boy, yet the trauma I have been through is testament to the hard life I�ve lived since the day I was born on the street.

I was found with a horrendous wound on one of my back legs. It was so infected that it had become infested with maggots and was open down to the bone. Surrounded by rotting tissue, some of my bones had been completely destroyed. I had clearly been in severe agony for some time. Nobody knows what happened for me to sustain such a serious injury but what they do know is that without people like you, I would be dead now.

Cat lovers around the world have joined the Care for Cats Club because they know that without them, there is no hope for animals like me. Their membership meant I could be rescued and taken to the Soi Dog shelter. Without them, I would have succumbed to a serious case of blood poisoning which would have ultimately taken my life. I am only 2 years old.

I will need to have part of my leg amputated now but it�s okay, the vets say this will mean I am no longer in pain. Despite all I have been through, I am one of the lucky ones. As you read this, desperate cats are in need of you. Will you please commit to helping them?
