DUMPED IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE AND LEFT TO DIE

Rubber plantations are a common sight in Thailand. Isolated in the main, they are the perfect dumping ground for unwanted puppies. Naren was just 3 months old when she was abandoned in a rubber plantation with no access to food or water and miles from civilisation. She is lucky to be alive.

On arrival at our shelter, Naren was unable to walk and could not stand up without falling into a sitting down position. The muscles in her hind legs had completely wasted away. As if that wasn�t bad enough, our vets discovered she had ingested a large amount of sap from the rubber trees where she�d been dumped. This was the point of starvation she had reached.
