Hi Dr Chan,

This is a stray puppy which found at my house area. I couldn’t see any other puppy except her  itself mucking around my house area here.

I tried to get close to her and gave her food and water. She is very friendly  and easy to get used to me, I caught her and arrange for the operation next morning.

Brownie will be arrange for re-home.

Application form and receipt been courier to you 2 days ago.
