I AM ONLY ALIVE BECAUSE SOMEONE LIKE YOU CARED

Some time ago, somebody tied a piece of string tightly around my leg. I was a lot smaller then but as I grew, that string tightened itself around my flesh and caused me untold agony. I am a 4 year old girl called Ying Goi and this is the story of how I was saved by someone like you.

As that horrible piece of string buried itself further into my flesh, it led to a very serious infection that ultimately would have killed me. I was just so lucky to have been found by a Soi Dog Animal Rescue Officer when I was at the point where I could no longer go on.

Following weeks of treatment, the terrible wound on my leg began to heal and I started to walk on it again. I am such a different dog to the scared girl who arrived here in agony. This would never have been possible without the kind animal lovers like you who funded my treatment.
