It’s Kiumars again. My last application was too late so i don’t think i am claiming it due to your rules and regulation. Anyhow, i have spayed another cat. It was a stray (really fierce), It is still in my house and will be adopted by a friend of mine. I will send the receipt and form as soon as i receive your reply.

I have taken before, after surgery and 4 days later photo to prove that the cat is still alive and healthy and getting calmer (still abit feisty).
