Good day Dr Chan,

Nira s a female stray nearby Shah Alam, light industry area. I have been feeding her ever since her last litter of puppies. She had given birth to 4 puppies previously and 1 had gone to the heaven. All 3 remaining puppies has been rehomed to good family. So now I decided to capture Nira and spay her. After the spaying surgery, she had already recovered from the surgery and had released back to her colony. By doing so, my aim is to lessen her burden and stress of breeding puppies in the future. Hence, I wish to apply for Nira subsidy on the spaying cost. Attached below is the collage pictures of Nira “before & after” surgery.
