My name is Elvin and my suffering has been immense. The nice couple who found me wandering the streets scooped me up and drove me to the Soi Dog shelter. I was in such a bad way. I was suffering with serious skin problems and had started to lose all my fur. Painful scabs covered my body from where I constantly scratched myself but got no relief.
