Hi dr. Chan. Semalam saya baru selesai ambil kucing yg spayed. Saya nak mohon subsidi utk 3 ekor kucing betina strays ini boleh tak? Ini gambar mereka sebelum dan selepas spayed. Dan ini resit saya, diterimakah resit seperti ini? Semalam  saya post borang dan resit kepada dr. Tq.
