Good evening Dr, Chan Kah Yein
A female cat which origin from street (stray) gave birth.
Now the baby (3 died, left 1) is 8 weeks old and is eating orally.
I now spay the mother to control population of strays in the neighborhood.
I would like to apply for neutering subsidy from myanimalcare.
