I CAN�T TELL THEM HOW LONG I HAVE SUFFERED

I was in agony when I was found wandering the streets. The lady who first spotted me noticed a severely infected would on one of my paws. It was infested with maggots and I was limping badly.

My name is Sombut and I am a street dog of Thailand. I am nearly 7 years of age now – life on the streets was beginning to take its toll. The lady who found me managed to get me to the Soi Dog shelter where the vets are caring for me now. All the maggots and rotting tissue have been removed from my paw and I am on pain relief and antibiotics. For the first time in my life, I am experiencing love.
