Gifts By Donation: The Enchanted Blanket (1)

My friend, May Hoh, saw the “enchanted castle” fabric donated by the anonymous donor from Penang and she ordered a blanket from us.

It’s ready now and will be shipped to May soon.

Thank you very much, May, for your kind donation of RM200.

It reminds me of Cinderella’s pumpkin carriage!

I really had fun sewing this and matching the cloth. My mum did the backing.

Here’s the finished blanket.

There is still enough cloth to make 2 more “enchanted” blankets, but they will not be identical with this one as the matching cloth will be different.

Of course, we must not forget to thank Agnes Cheong for the backing cloth!

Agnes has been contributing backing cloth for a long time now.
