Hello Dr Chan,
Suhanizah again here. I have sent the form and original receipt yesterday. I found Blacky a month ago. My husband and i went to stall near the hostel college. I saw Blacky was sat near the guard house silently. Unfortunately, one of the guard was kick him, asked Blacky to move away. I decide to bring him home as i know, he wont go far away from the hostel. He surely will come again and dont know what will happen with him the next following days.
I decided to brought him neuter as he spray all over my house.
