The All-New Angry Birds Mobile Therapy Centre

We have an ottoman cushion upstairs from our old furniture set which currently isn’t being used. So Ming-Yi suggested that we bring it down for the cats.
An excellent idea, provided the Titans don’t spray on it.
We would have to wrap it with at least two layers of towel, to protect it from being sprayed on. But instead of the towels, I decided to use the Angry Birds blanket.
Tabs was the first to explore and investigate. She always is. Then, Tiger joined her.
Not that Tabs needs any Angry Birds therapy, she just wants something of her own.
But Tiger wants it too…see?
Indy is practising non-interference.
Pole comes in to see, from a height.
Not interested at all.
Not interested anymore?
Here comes Cow.
Oooh…is this for real? Cow and Tiger touching noses?
Er, Mr Cow, you are supposed to sit ON the cushion. After all, you’re the one in need of a good Angry Birds therapy session.
For those who missed the posts on the purpose of the Angry Birds blanket, it functions as a therapeutic blanket for the Titans, especially Cow and Bunny. We would like to believe that when they sleep on this blanket, some of their anger will be absorbed by the many Angry Birds in the blanket. Hence, after a nap on the blanket, they wake up a little happier and less angry. We hope.
Cow sat beside the cushion and then sprayed beside it. Sigh…. That’s the thing, you see, they need to mark, but they choose to mark negatively. Cow scratched on the blanket, he rubbed his cheek on it (both of which are positive marking), THEN he sprayed urine near it. He has to cover all his bases, I guess. Leave no stone unturned, mark with all possible ways.
We decided it would be more cozy and better to push the Angry Birds Mobile Therapy cushion under our leg-less table so that it has a “roof” and would be more appealing.
I know Tabs likes it.
Ooh…Indy, Indy, Indy!
Cow’s look is priceless!
After 3 hours, YES, we have a winner!
Indy did a 3-hour session of Angry Birds Therapy in the new centre. Yay!
The acid test now: Is Indy willing to share with Tiger, especially after doing the therapy?
Touching noses, folks!!
Does this mean Indy is willing to share?
Has the therapy worked???
Er…Indy is doing the head tilt…so, I think it’s going to get ugly.
Er, Indy, can I distract you a bit?
Tabs really, really likes this new cushion.
What therapy? Who needs therapy?
After another hour…
I rest my case: The therapy DOES work!!
See?!!
The dawn of new hope…
World peace…
Goodwill to all catkind.
