Dear Dr. Chan,

These two female strays are living at my backyard in Cheras. I took them to spay and they will be release back to the colony after full recover.  The Old mamy is quite old and Mei Mei is young adult. I would like to apply for subsidy and hope you can approve my application. Attached are the form, receipt and photos for your attention.
