END THE SUFFERING FOR DOGS LIKE JAVAN

WHAT DID I DO TO MAKE MY OWNER NO LONGER LOVE ME?

I am Javan, a 6 year old boy, and I desperately miss my former owners. They were my world. If I did something wrong to make them throw me out in the street, I am sorry and will never do it again. I wait every day for them to come get me at this shelter.

I was found wandering the street by a kind lady who picked me up and took me around the neighbourhood to find out who had lost me. Nobody knew me. Somebody told her I’d obviously been dumped. I was very scared; my whole life had been turned upside down.

The lady took me to her home and tried to care for me but she already has five other big dogs she rescued from the street and they really didn�t like me. One of them bit me and the lady knew it would be dangerous for me to stay. This is why she brought me to the Soi Dog shelter.

It scares me to think of what would have become of me without people like you. Those who have joined Soi Dog�s Emergency Response Team are the only reason I now have a safe haven. Without them, there would be nowhere for me to go. As a former pet dog, I would never have survived on the streets.
