After untold suffering, Shaddock is now receiving vital medical treatment thanks to people like you. This girl�s story is a heart-breaking saga of hardship and misery. Incredibly, she is one of the lucky ones. She would not be alive today without the compassionate animal lovers who are funding her care.

The pitiful conditions in which Shaddock was living meant every day was a fight for survival. Alone on the streets with no-one to care for her, her severe skin problems went from bad to worse. When she was found by one of our Animal Rescue Officers, most of her fur was gone and her frail body was covered in weeping sores.

All this innocent girl has known in her short life is suffering and pain. This is no doubt the first time she has experienced a loving touch, a warm bed and enough to eat. It doesn�t bear thinking about what would have happened to her were it not for people like you.

Established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, Soi Dog is Southeast Asia's largest organisation helping stray animals. The Gill Dalley sanctuary in Phuket is home to over 1,600 animals. Soi Dog also has a treatment facility in Bangkok and responds to crisis situations throughout Thailand.
