Dear Dr. Chan Kah Yein,
I’m Farah and I would like to apply for the neutering aid by Animal Care again. I have neutered a female stray cat on 04/101/2016 at the clinic in Subang Jaya. The stray cat came to my house around November and since that day I have been feeding her. I’m not sure on the age of the cat and I’m currently keeping her in the cage due to the surgery and will release her at the back of my house. I will post the receipt and the form today (12/01/2016) and thus it will reach to you by this week. With this email I have attached the before and after surgery picture of the female cat. Your kindness is very much appreciated. Thank you.
