Neutering Aid For 2 Cats In KL (Nurul Arafah Bt. Mustofa�s)

Dear Dr. Chan,

I have applied for your subsidy in the past and I want to thank you for supporting my application. My name is Nurul Arafah binti Mustofa. The mother cat that you sponsored her neutering had 4 kittens and now the kittens are big enough to be neutered. I took 2 of them to the SPCA and I got them neutered. As I am a student, any subsidy that I could get would be a great help to me. I plan to keep them after this and send another 2 for neutering next month. I enclosed the following:

2 – Picture of the receipt from SPCA.
