I was so afraid when I was snatched from the street and squashed into a small metal cage with many other dogs and taken away on a truck to cross the border. I could not understand why I was in this cage and why these people were doing this to me.

I will never forget the moment we were all rescued. It was the middle of the night and I awoke to the truck stopping abruptly and the rattling of all the cages. All the cages were taken off and we were taken to a big shelter for survivors of the dog meat trade. I was scared� there were so many dogs. I now live at a shelter with more than 1,250 dogs!

I am a lovely girl who is friendly and confident with people. I am looking for a family who will promise to love me forever. Soi Dog wants to help me find a forever home so if you have a place in your heart to adopt me, please EMAIL cristy@soidog.org
