I am Candra and I live in the Old Dogs run at Soi Dog Foundation. I arrived here suffering from horrendous skin problems. Life on the streets had not been kind.

I was very scared when I arrived � nobody had ever been kind to me before and I didn�t understand that the vets wanted to help me. Although I have recovered well from my physical problems, I am still very wary of humans.

I am safe here at the Soi Dog shelter, and very well looked after, and it is possible I may live out the rest of my days here. My fear of people may mean I can never be adopted.
