Tonight, Astro is showing Liu Jia-Chang's "swan song" concert. He is Taiwan's most talented and sought-after composer, song writer, director, you name it, he's done it. He has written many of the best-loved Chinese songs that remain popular until today. After 50 years in the business, he's decided to retire....or maybe not (we hope!).

So, being mooncake festival, the Blueys got a treat out in the living room. Actually, it's so that I can watch the concert too!

 So out came the Troopers...

Bagheera was totally entranced by the music....

She actually sat mesmerized by it for a few minutes.

Reserved seats for the Blueys...the best seats in the hall.

I thought I should take some portraits of the Blueys.

Bagheera....it's not easy to get a close-up shot of her.

Sisterly smooches...

 Bobby gets a rest, too.

And Cow gets to come back into my room...

 Good boy, Cow.

The two decides to play hide-and-seek.

 Until one gets tired out.

Bagheera is still on the go.

 Feeding time!

 THE man himself.
The legendary Liu Jia-Chang.

He is 70 years old now....but is still going strong. In his heyday, he would sometimes compose as many as 40 songs in a day! And every single one of his songs would be a world-class hit in the Chinese music industry. Despite his phenomenal success, he remains a humble man and continues living a very simple lifestyle....he does not even own a credit card!

The two settle down comfortably for a nap...crooned by the sweet songs of Liu Jia-Chang.

Belting out Mei Hua, so well-loved and so popular that it is often regarded as the "national anthem" of Taiwan. In this song, Liu Jia-Chang likens the resilience of the Chinese people to the plum blossom that blooms even in winter.

zzz... The Blueys are totally lulled by the music.

Just imagine what would have happened if Winnie's neighbour had not picked them up from the drain.

Sleep well, little ones.

Happy Mooncake Festival!
