Earlier this year, Alunda arrived at our shelter having been horrifically attacked. He was left with a deep wound on his side, reportedly from where a group of drunk people had attacked him late at night.

Thanks to people like you, we were able to provide Alunda with vital, life-saving medical treatment and he went on to make a great recovery.

We recently said goodbye to Alunda as he left us for his forever home in Maryland in the US, where he has been adopted by Kendra and re-named Louie. Thank you Kendra for changing Louie’s world!

Louie would not be alive today were it not for the Soi Dog supporters who funded his treatment from the day he arrived at our shelter. It really doesn’t take a lot to help thousands of dogs like him every year – but it does take you.

Soi Dog Foundation

Established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, Soi Dog is Southeast Asia's largest organisation helping stray animals. The Gill Dalley sanctuary in Phuket is home to over 1,600 animals.
