Neutering Aid For 2 Cats In Tampin (Lee Chin Siang�s)

We have sponsored RM180 for the spaying of 1 female cat and the castration of 1 male cat. We hope neutering will catch on in Tampin.

Dear Dr. Chan,

My mother in Tampin complain to me that at the back lane of our house in my hometown there are too many stray cats around.

Recently the grey cat, I named her Grey, have gave birth to a few kittens, but non of them are survived, she even have killed her own kitten.

To prevent further breeding, I have to send them for neutering.

The male cat staying beside her also gets to send for neutering as well.

I tell my mother to feed them if seeing them around after the opt.

I hereby submit the application for your consideration.

PS: the vet at my hometown says TNR is not popular over there, I was the first one to send stray cats for neutering, a lot of effort have to be done to educate the community.
